To all our Fish friends, family, and fans:
Roadrunner Sports is promoting a demonstration for all athletes of every type. They’ve asked Sockeye (and friends, and fans) to come visit the store, see demonstrations on technical shoe stuff, and generally browse around. Basically, show up for a look-see (here’s a map, it’s near Green Lake at 7020 Woodlawn). We don’t have to buy anything, but they say that they’ll put out some snacks for us and demo their cool running and training stuff.
Here’s the kicker; for every person that comes they are donating $10 to Sockeye! This is a great way for us to fundraise and hang out together at the same time.
