Flawless Wallis is straight blowing up. After spending 2009 finding his place on the team, he’s made it clear that not only is he an offensive cutter, he is on the way to becoming THE offensive cutter. His trajectory is staggering, getting open at will and distributing the ball throughout the field both laterally and vertically with big and accurate throws on both sides (including an impressive full field huck to Tyler Kinley to spark a defensive run that would lead Sockeye into the WUCC semifinals). As a teammate you couldn’t ask for more either, acting as one of the few “responsible adults” on the team despite his younger age. This is one of the future faces of Sockeye.
