Ray was nicknamed "The Human Highlight Reel" in college at UW, and the moniker still fits. Ray is a flyer and has exceptional speed, and he plays Flyer's Up relentlessly to insure that he will win more than his share of aerial matchups. Ray's long arms allow him to throw around marks well, and he has been featured on both O and D in his first two years with the Fish. Ray found his home on offense in '07, hitting the endzone as a designated goalscorer and providing huge D's after turns, like his endzone-layout-poach-block-catch against Jam in the semi's to save the first point of the game.
